At VagoTravel, we do everything we can to deliver your orders as quickly as possible and in optimal conditions.
1. Delivery areas
We currently deliver:
- In mainland France
- In certain countries of the European Union

2. Processing times
All orders are processed under 1 to 3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
3. Delivery times
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- France: 5 to 12 working days
- Europe: 6 to 14 working days
These deadlines are indicative and may vary depending on demand, periods of high activity or logistical conditions.
4. Delivery costs
- Free delivery in France
- Any costs for other countries are displayed during checkout
5. Order Tracking
Upon shipment, a tracking number will be communicated to you.
You can track your order directly via our dedicated page or via the carrier.
6. Delivery delays
Delays may occur beyond our control (carriers, customs, exceptional conditions).
VagoTravel cannot be held responsible for these delays, but we will always do what is necessary to assist you.
7. Incorrect address
It is the customer's responsibility to verify the accuracy of the delivery address.
In case of error:
- VagoTravel does not guarantee the recovery of the package
- Additional fees may apply
8. Parcels not received
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it:
- Check with your neighborhood
- Contact the carrier

We will support you through the process.
9. Damaged packages
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take photos immediately
- Contact us within 48 hours
We will find a quick solution (replacement or refund).
