These General Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relations between the company VagoTravel and anyone making a purchase on the site vagotravel.fr.

5. Payment

6. Delivery

7. Right of withdrawal

The product must be returned in its original condition.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
8. Returns and Refunds
After receipt and inspection of the returned product, a refund will be made under 5 to 10 working days.
No refunds will be given for:
- Products damaged by customer
- Products used
- Products returned incomplete
9. Warranty
The products benefit from legal guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects.
10. Liability
VagoTravel cannot be held responsible for indirect damage linked to the use of the product.

12. Applicable law
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
