Return and Refund Policy

At VagoTravel, the satisfaction of our customers is a priority. This policy details the return and refund conditions applicable to purchases made on vagotravel.fr.

1. Return deadline

You have a deadline of 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return.

After this period, we will unfortunately not be able to accept your request.

2. Return conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused
  • It must be in its original condition
  • It must be returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Any product not respecting these conditions cannot be refunded.

3. Return procedure

  • Your order number
  • The reason for returning
  • Photos if necessary

We will provide you with return instructions.

4. Return costs

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of:

  • Defective product
  • Incorrect product received

In these cases, the costs will be covered by VagoTravel.

5. Refunds

Once the product is received and inspected:

  • You will be informed of acceptance or refusal
  • If accepted, the refund will be made under 5 to 10 working days
  • The refund will be made via the same payment method

6. Non-refundable products

The following products are not eligible for reimbursement:

  • Used or damaged items
  • Items returned incomplete
  • Promotional items (except default)

7. Damaged or incorrect products

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us under 48 hours after receipt with photos.

We will offer:

  • A replacement
    or
  • A full refund

8. Order cancellation

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours following purchase.

After this time, the order may already be being processed.

9. Delays or lack of reimbursement

If you have not yet received your refund:

  • Check your bank account
  • Contact your bank
  • The deadline may vary depending on the establishment
